Tokyo Kumagai (1947–1987) was a Japanese fashion designer, famous for his avant-garde footwear that blended art, humor, and craftsmanship. Graduating from Bunka Fashion College in Tokyo in 1970, he worked in Paris for houses such as Yves Saint Laurent and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, before collaborating with Elio Fiorucci in Milan.
